The Connecticut Real Estate

The Connecticut state is a popular vacation destination with the rolling Litchfield Hills and the unspoiled River Valley. The Greenwich, Connecticut real estate market maintains a healthy balance of buyers and sellers. Properties priced fairly in good locations are selling at a faster rate. The potential buyers are the people moving out of New York to save taxes and relocating in Connecticut. The condominium market is not doing well with sales. New London residential sales were better in the last few months. Norwich, a highly desirable community, attracts new full and part-time residents due to the presence of good Italian restaurants on almost every street, shops, etc. An annual property tax credit or rent rebate is available to senior citizens. Totally disabled persons, regardless of age, are also eligible. Income parameters apply for the estate tax exemptions. Our site realestate.bestofUSA.org offers information on USA real estate and the site also has listings for real estate agents, brokers, and for those willing to buy-sell properties.

If your ever get a chance, consider visiting the southeastern part of Connecticut. Mystic Connecticut is an old Seaport town full of great places to eat and rich in Nautical History. Some great places to see: The Old Mystic Village, and the Mystic Sea Aquarium.
